He began as a General Dental practitioner and Principal at Sanath Nagar Dental Clinic in March 2001. Over the years, he gained valuable experience by serving as an Associate Dentist and Consultant Orthodontist at prestigious hospitals like Family Super Speciality Dental Hospital, Sai Dental Clinic, Balaji Dental Hospital, and Ajay Super Speciality Dental Hospital. 

In 2008, Dr. Krishna, recognized as one of the best orthodontists in Vijayawada launched a unique journey as a part-time Consultant Orthodontist at Cordoba Dental Clinic, Azillath, Libya. He became the sole practitioner within a 10-kilometer radius, working closely with an Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgeon to provide specialized care to cleft and surgical patients. From 2007 to 2014, he also dedicated himself to education, serving as an Assistant Professor at Surman Medical College, Faculty of Dentistry.

Since 2014, Dr. Krishna has been a Professor at Drs. Sudha and Nageswara Rao Dental College, Vijayawada.
